Our Mission and Vision
We envision a community free of violence and discrimination. To do that, we equip people with the knowledge and tools to address inequities and violence in their communities to foster inclusive environments where all employees and clients feel they belong. We do that by tapping into the power of relationships to change mindsets, processes, and policies.
